Who we hire

The traits we look for are the same across every function:

  • Owners, not assignees. You see the problem, you take it on, you watch the outcome land - whether that is a deal, a product feature, a customer win or a process fix.
  • Customer-close. You want to talk to the CFOs, procurement leaders and finance teams who use our platform - not hide behind tools and reports.
  • Strong opinions, lightly held. You argue your case, then back the team when the decision is made. No politics, no ego.
  • Numbers-driven. Whether it is ARR, pipeline coverage, NRR, latency or activation - you know what you are moving and why.
  • Pragmatic. Right tradeoff between elegance and speed, ambition and reality. You ship.
  • Comfortable in mid-market complexity. Real businesses, real contracts, real money. The work is not glamorous, but it matters.

We do not have a fixed list of roles open at any given moment. If your background fits the kind of company we are building, we will find a way to talk.

Aarhus, hybrid. International candidates welcome if you are moving to Aarhus.

Danish is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
