Vendortell was co-founded by Tue together with Morten Ditmer, Mathias Salomonsson, Søren Søe Holm, Steen Steensen Blicher, and Søren Kyd — and built shoulder-to-shoulder with Kasper Vestergaard Larsen as strategic investor and direct partner. Before Vendortell, Tue co-founded and led Capturi — a Nordic conversational AI platform — from concept to scale, learning first-hand how much of an enterprise's real economics lives in the details of its commercial agreements rather than in the deals people remember signing.

A business-oriented lawyer by training, Tue brings a rare combination of legal precision and operator instinct to the Vendortell team. He knows exactly what a well-drafted rebate clause, a claim-window, or a service-credit mechanism should do — and, just as importantly, why so much of that value slips through unnoticed once a contract moves from the negotiation table into the back office. That is the gap Vendortell was built to close.

At Vendortell Tue focuses on commercial execution, operational rigour, and the legal-and-financial discipline enterprises expect from a platform sitting between contracts and the ERP. Together with the rest of the team he works directly with CFOs, CPOs, and finance leaders across Europe — turning Contract Performance Management from a category description into a measurable line on the P&L for every customer.
